Returns accepted with prior authorization only and must be unused and in original packaging. Please call or email for a return authorization number. Include a copy of your online order confirmation and write the return authorization number on the copy and the reason for the return (defective, not as expected, etc.). There will be a 15% restocking fee and return freight is at buyer’s expense (unless materials are defective, then materials will be replaced at no charge). Please attach proper postage to the return packaging and include insurance to protect yourself against loss in transit. Your refund will be processed when merchandise is received and inspected and determined to be new, and in unused condition.
