from Everlast Climbing traveled to Capitol Hill to participate in the
annual National Health Through Fitness Day. Joining them were celebrity
athletes, as well as sporting goods and fitness manufacturers, physical
educators and association leaders in an effort to highlight the need

of PlayCore, was awarded its seventh patent by the U.S. Patent & Trademark
Office.
Marketed as the
Mat Locking® System, the "Safety Mat Securement
Assembly," helps to prevent the unauthorized use of a climbing
wall. Safety mats attach to the base of the climbing wall and provide
padded surfacing while climbers are using the wall. When the climbing
wall is not in use, supervisors can quickly and easily close and lock
the climbing wall by hanging the mats onto specially designed hand
holds that lock the mats in place over the climbing wall. Full

for Head Start Body Start.
The purpose
of Head Start Body Start is to increase physical activity, outdoor

and 7,520,838 by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
The issued
patents cover innovative hand hold designs for use on artificial rock
climbing walls. The first patent, entitled “Climbing Wall Assembly,” is for
Double Mounted Hand Holds that enable climbing on both sides of a freestanding
climbing wall. The unique design features hand holds that attach to
